Janet R. Ford
Janet R. Ford, CEO and founder of ACM, has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with a focus in Business Administration from Oregon State University (OSU). She has served the University as a member of the OSU Board of Practitioners, Department of Microbiology, for curriculum development. Her first jobs were in quality control for a food manufacturing company in Oregon and selling cleanroom products and supplies for a distributorship in California. It was while selling cleanroom consumable products that she was asked for help by some of her customers. With encouragement from her associates in the cleanroom industry, she started ACM to service the cleanroom industry for cleanroom cleaning.
Bryan Bednar
Bryan Bednar, the Vice President of Operations at Advanced Cleanroom Microclean (ACM), has been with the company since 2022. In his role, Bryan is responsible for overseeing ACM operations across the country.
Before joining ACM, Bryan served in the United States Army and later earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Information Technology from American Military University in Charles Town, WV. He transitioned to ACM from his position as General Manager with Aramark Uniform Services.
Daniel Brandt
Daniel Brandt, the President of Advanced Cleanroom Microclean (ACM), has been working for ACM since 2015. Daniel is responsible for the delivery of sales and operational activities as well as executing the strategic vision for ACM.
After completing a dual B.S. in Chemistry & Biology from SUNY Albany, he gained experience in chemical development, R&D, analytical testing, tech transfer, and commercial API production across various pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, Daniel worked for Bioquell, managing healthcare and pharmaceutical decontamination services for five years prior to his career with ACM.
